We accept payment methods available through Shopify at checkout.

Koral Essentials reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, mainly within Europe.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as an indication and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Koral Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions:
